Express Notify©, Express Reminder©, Foreclosure Notify© and Foreclosure Cancellation Notify© are two exciting new features which alert you to new auctions and foreclosures, foreclosure cancellations and a 24 hour reminder prior to the auctions you are interested in via your cell phone and/or email. 

Notifications for new auctions, new foreclosures and foreclosure cancellations go out real time as the auctions are posted to the website or foreclosure cancellations are made so you are always aware of new properties that interest you or foreclosure cancellations which may affect your schedule.

What will it do for you?

For Upcoming Auctions:
Express Notify Alert you to New Auctions as they are posted on the website by property type and area of your choice via cell phone text message and/or email. To utilize this new service click here
Express reminder Receive a 24 hour notice prior to the auction date reminding you of an auction of interest via cell phone text message and/or email. To set up an auction reminder go to the property you are interested in and click on Express Reminder.
For Upcoming Foreclosures:
Express Notify Alert you to New Foreclosures as they are posted on the website by county of your choice via cell phone test message and/or email. To utilize this new service click here
Foreclosure Cancellation Alert you in real time to foreclosure cancellations as they are made. You can either chose to be notified of a specific foreclosure cancellation if it occurs or an entire day of foreclosures you may be interested in attending. You can be notified by your choice of cell phone text message and/or email. To set up a foreclosure cancellation notification go to the specific foreclosure, multiple foreclosures or an entire foreclosure day go to Upcoming Foreclosures
