Use Express Notify to alert you in real time to New Auctions as they are posted on the website by property type and area of your choice via cell phone text message, and/or email.

Directions:

Step 1: Select where you wish to be notified. Note: You can have notices sent to both your email and mobile phone.

Email: If you wish to receive via email input your email address in the field title email address.

Cell Phone: If you wish to be notified via cell phone through a text message input your cell phone number and select your cell phone provider.

After inputting your email and/or phone number check off the appropriate boxes for how you wish to be notified. If you inputted your cell phone for example check the box marked “mobile notify” by clicking on the box. If you wish to receive both for example “click” both boxes.

   
STEP 2: Select area and property type notification you wish to receive. Note: You can select all areas and all property types if interested in receiving all upcoming auctions.

                  First, “click” the box marked “New Auctions”.

After checking the “New Auctions” box, select which type of property notifications you wish to receive.

Area: Select “All” for all areas or a specific state to receive notifications of new auctions in those areas. To select more than one state hold down the “CTRL” button and click the states you wish to receive notices on.

Property Type: Select “All” for all property types or a specific property type you are interested in to receive notifications of new auctions of those property types. To select more than one property type hold down the “CTRL” button and click the different property types you wish to receive notices on.

STEP 3: Click “Save” and you are ready to receive new auction alerts.
