Email: If you wish to receive via email input your email address in the field title email address.

Cell Phone: If you wish to be notified via cell phone through a text message input your cell phone number and select your cell phone provider.

After inputting your email and/or phone number check off the appropriate boxes for how you wish to be notified. If you inputted your cell phone for example check the box marked “mobile notify” by clicking on the box. If you wish to receive both for example “click” both boxes.

First, “click” the check box next to the text “New Foreclosures”.

After checking the “New Foreclosures” check box, select county you wish to receive notifications for.

County: Select “All” for all counties or a specific county to receive notifications of new foreclosures in those areas. To select more than one county hold down the “CTRL” button and click the counties you wish to receive notices on.
