Safety First!

1. Safety first or NO go – just say so! (This is derived from numerous military and NASA Safety standards and practices.) In essence, YOU are responsible for your safety and those around you. If something doesn’t look or feel right, say, “NO”
and walk away.

2. After you walk away, tell someone so that you and someone else know. Then tell someone else. (broker, owner, auctioneer)

3. Remember – safety ALWAYS. There is NO profit in an unsafe situation.

Ethics First!

The Professional Real Estate Auction Agent agrees to conduct her/himself with due regard to public conventions and morals, and agrees that she/he will not do or commit any act or thing that will tend to degrade him in society or bring him into public hatred, contempt, scorn or ridicule, or that will tend to shock, insult or offend the community or ridicule public morals or decency, or prejudice the Company, real estate or auction industry in general.”
