18. What is my territory? Do you have any exclusive territories?

You can pick your own territory and the type of opportunities you wish to pursue. You can create your own leads in numerous ways that we will explain. We do not have exclusive territories because there are so may unique opportunities in each ares. The only exception is that you will have the opportunity to “lock in” a brokerage if you get the first agent from the brokerage. Headquarters will work to negotiate having the broker sign up the entire location with a no-cost (free) in-office Express Auction Division and for the brokerage to be known as a “Real Estate Emergency Room”.
